About the role In the role of Appliance Technician, the primary work consists of troubleshooting and repairing appliances and laundry rooms for customers' tenants, as well as for private customers. The work is carried out independently and includes responsibility for purchasing spare parts and accessories needed to complete assignments. Self-checks are performed on assignments, and feedback is provided to customers through various portals.

The position requires close collaboration with the office and warehouse, which is centrally located in Kista. Therefore, communication skills and teamwork abilities are important qualities.

We are looking for someone who: • Has a technical background in appliances • Has a positive demeanor & ability to find solutions • Is driven to provide excellent customer interactions and appreciated assignments on a daily basis • Is self-sufficient in your work but also a very strong team player • Holds a valid driver's license (B) • Mastery of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

Preferred qualifications: • Certification from Electrolux Professional or equivalent • Experience with various brands and product groups • Knowledge of electricity and gas
